Guest Terms of Play
These terms apply when you play a StayQuests game at a hotel, rental or venue (the host). StayQuests (a Hangar 75 company) provides the app; the host runs the quest, its perks and any prize draw.

1. Playing
Playing is free and optional. You enter your email once to play and confirm it with a code. Hearing from the host is a separate, unticked choice.
2. Age
Kids under 13 play only on a parent's phone, with the parent's consent. Some games are for adults only, and prize draws are 18+.
3. Perks and prize draws
The host provides every perk and prize and decides how they are redeemed. Prize draws are free to enter in the app, no purchase necessary, and follow the official rules linked from each quest.
4. Fair play and safety
Play fairly and safely. Respect other guests and the host's property. Only upload photos you have the right to share. We or the host may remove points or entries gained by cheating.
5. Your information
See our Privacy notice. The host is responsible for your data under its own notice.
