These terms govern your use of stayquests.com. By using the site you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use the site.

1. About StayQuests
stayquests.com is operated by Hangar 75, a venture builder based in Boulder, Colorado. StayQuests is part of WithinReach. It describes StayQuests, a guest engagement program for hotels and resorts, and lets you contact us.
2. The site is informational
Nothing on this site is an offer capable of acceptance, a commitment to enter an agreement, legal or regulatory advice, or a representation that a launch is lawful in any particular jurisdiction. Statements about launch timing, cost, pricing, results, the pilot and the Community Share describe our proposition in general terms and are subject to the written agreement. Any relationship between you and Hangar 75 is governed only by a written agreement signed by both parties.
3. Your use of the site
You may use the site for lawful purposes and in a way that does not interfere with it or anyone else's use of it. You must not attempt to gain unauthorized access to the site, its servers or any data; use automated tools to scrape or overload it; submit false, misleading or malicious information through our forms; or use the site to send unsolicited communications. We may suspend or block access that breaches these terms.
4. Enquiries
When you submit an enquiry you confirm the information is accurate and that you are authorized to contact us on behalf of any organization you name. We handle your information as described in our Privacy notice. Submitting a form does not oblige either of us to anything, and we may decline any enquiry at our discretion.
5. Intellectual property
The site, its design, text, graphics, the StayQuests and WithinReach names and marks, and the underlying code are owned by Hangar 75 or its licensors and protected by intellectual property law. You may view and print pages for your own reference. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute or create derivative works from any part of the site, or use our names or marks, without our written permission.
6. Third-party sites
The site links to other sites, including withinreach.io, hangar75.com and the sources cited on the home page. Those sites have their own terms and privacy notices. We are not responsible for sites we do not operate.
7. Disclaimers
The site is provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent permitted by law we exclude all warranties, express or implied, including accuracy, completeness, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement, and any warranty that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free or free of harmful components.
8. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Hangar 75 and its officers, employees and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or any loss of profit, revenue, data or goodwill, arising from your use of or inability to use the site, even if advised of the possibility. Our total liability for any claim relating to the site will not exceed one hundred US dollars. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.
9. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify Hangar 75 against claims, losses and costs arising from your breach of these terms or your misuse of the site.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, United States, without regard to its conflict of laws rules. The state and federal courts located in Colorado have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute relating to the site, and you consent to that jurisdiction. If the law of your jurisdiction gives you a right to bring a claim locally that cannot be excluded, nothing here removes it.
11. Changes
We may update these terms by posting the new version here with a new date. Your continued use of the site after a change means you accept it.
12. General
If any part of these terms is found unenforceable, the rest remains in effect. These terms, with the Privacy notice, are the entire agreement between you and Hangar 75 about use of the site. Our failure to enforce a term is not a waiver of it.
